Known largely in South Florida for her background in modern design, Lindsay Pumpa makes her mark by blending together unexpected design finishes and textures, while keeping a very contemporary aesthetic. It was through this unique style that she was selected as the lead interior designer for the annual HGTV Urban Oasis series, which offers one lucky winner a chic-custom-designed city dwelling. For the Miami local 2012 residence, Pumpa fully designed the two-bedroom, two and half bath residence at Paramount Bay where she put a contemporary spin on Miami’s urban chic lifestyle, by showcasing cool, monochromatic decor in the high-rise residence. In the following years, she has continued on as the lead designer in both the Boston and Atlanta projects for the giveaway series. The popular show airs annually every summer.

Most currently, Pumpa has kept herself busy with the launch of her own design business, LPumpa Designs, which opened its doors in March of 2013. Catering to the residential clientele of south Florida, her company focuses on any and all custom residential interior design needs.  Her past portfolio ranges from studio apartments in bustling downtown, to sprawling 7 bedroom homes on the outer lying Miami islands.   Pumpa, former Senior Designer of an international design company, quickly became a driving force within the industry due to her forward approach to design, razor-sharp eye for detail and undeniable talent. While with the company, from 2008 to 2013, Pumpa helped propel it to new heights on a national and global level counting her experience working with the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, assisting on Trump Ocean Club Panama, and her work with HGTV networks as some of her greatest professional accomplishments.

Born in Houston, TX and raised in Solon, OH, Pumpa acknowledges her family as the ones who promoted her artistic skills and kept her creative dreams alive. Leaving her hometown, she moved to Florida to attend Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design before entering in the design world in 2008. Actively involved in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) South Florida Chapter, Pumpa considers herself fortunate to have Miami as the backdrop for her creativity.
